Campaign Crushers LLC provides customized marketing, creative, digital, and professional services. Because many of our services require work to begin shortly after an order is placed, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms below.

1. General Refund Policy

Campaign Crushers LLC strives to provide clear service descriptions, pricing, and deliverables before a purchase is completed.

Because our services often involve customized work created specifically for each client, payments are generally non-refundable once work on the purchased service has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

A client may request cancellation of a one-time service before Campaign Crushers LLC begins work.

If the cancellation request is received before work has begun, the client may be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for that service.

​

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

​

Because certain services are designed for rapid turnaround, Campaign Crushers LLC cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be received before production begins.

3. Cancellation After Work Begins

Once Campaign Crushers LLC has begun performing a customized service, the payment for that service is generally non-refundable.

Work may be considered to have begun when Campaign Crushers LLC starts activities related to fulfilling the order, including:

• Reviewing submitted materials

• Organizing project information

• Creating content

• Designing graphics

• Editing photographs or videos

• Generating AI-assisted content

• Configuring digital systems

• Programming Review Flow products

• Designing or developing website materials

• Performing SEO or marketing work

• Performing other work specifically related to the purchased service

This policy exists because time and resources may be committed to a client's customized project shortly after an order is received.

4. Listing Launch Package Refunds

Listing Launch is a customized, fast-turnaround digital content service.

​

Because Campaign Crushers LLC may begin production shortly after receiving a completed order, Listing Launch purchases are generally refundable only if cancellation is requested before work begins.

​

Once Campaign Crushers LLC begins creating the client's Listing Launch content, the order becomes non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

This includes work associated with:

• 10 custom social media posts

• 1 AI-assisted property walkthrough video

• 5 listing content stories

• The strategic content posting schedule

If Campaign Crushers LLC is unable or unwilling to begin the purchased Listing Launch service, the client will be eligible for an appropriate refund of the amount paid for the unperformed service.

5. Listing Launch 1-Business-Day Delivery

The advertised 1-business-day turnaround for eligible Listing Launch orders begins only after Campaign Crushers LLC receives:

• Successful payment

• All required listing information

• Sufficient usable property photographs

• Required agent or brokerage information

• Any other materials reasonably necessary to begin production

A delay caused by missing, inaccurate, incomplete, or unusable client-provided information or materials does not automatically qualify the order for a refund.

Client-requested changes may also extend the original turnaround time.

​

If Campaign Crushers LLC experiences a delay within its reasonable control, we will work with the client to complete the order as quickly as reasonably possible.

​

An isolated delivery delay does not automatically entitle the client to a refund once customized work has been substantially performed or delivered, except where required by law.

6. Review Flow Package Refunds

Review Flow packages may include customized setup, programming, configuration, digital services, and physical products.

​

A Review Flow order may be eligible for cancellation and refund if the request is received before Campaign Crushers LLC begins customization, programming, configuration, production, or other fulfillment activities.

​

Once customization, programming, setup, or fulfillment has begun, payments are generally non-refundable.

If a physical Review Flow product arrives damaged or defective, the client should contact Campaign Crushers LLC promptly with information regarding the issue.

​

Campaign Crushers LLC will review the issue and, where appropriate, may provide a replacement, repair, reprogramming, or other reasonable resolution.

​

7. Digital & Creative Services

Customized digital and creative services are generally non-refundable once work begins.

These services may include:

• Website design

• Website development

• Graphic design

• Branding

• Content creation

• Social media services

• SEO services

• Google Business Profile services

• AI customer-service systems

• Marketing strategy

• Digital automation

• Other customized marketing services

If the service is governed by a separate proposal, contract, or service agreement, the refund and cancellation terms contained in that agreement may also apply.

8. Subscription & Recurring Services

Certain Campaign Crushers LLC services may operate on a recurring billing basis.

​

Clients may cancel recurring services according to the cancellation terms presented when the service is purchased or contained in the applicable service agreement.

​

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future recurring billing after the cancellation becomes effective.

Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for:

• Previous billing periods

• Services already provided

• Work already performed

• Costs already incurred on behalf of the client

Clients should submit cancellation requests before their next billing date if they wish to avoid the next scheduled charge, subject to any applicable service agreement.

9. Duplicate Charges & Billing Errors

If a client is accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase or Campaign Crushers LLC confirms that an incorrect amount was charged, the incorrect or duplicate charge may be refunded.

10. Incorrect Client Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting an order.

​

Campaign Crushers LLC is generally not required to issue a refund when an error in the completed service results from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information supplied by the client.

Where reasonably possible, Campaign Crushers LLC may work with the client to correct an issue.

​

Additional work resulting from significant changes to information originally supplied by the client may require an additional fee.

11. Client-Provided Photos, Files & Materials

Clients are responsible for providing usable and properly authorized photographs, logos, videos, documents, property information, and other materials necessary to complete their service.

​

A client's failure to provide required materials does not automatically qualify the order for a refund after Campaign Crushers LLC has begun work.

​

Campaign Crushers LLC may pause fulfillment until required materials are received.

​

12. Change of Mind

A change of mind does not automatically qualify a client for a refund after work has begun.

​

If you change your mind before Campaign Crushers LLC begins work, contact us immediately and request cancellation.

​

Eligibility will depend on whether production or fulfillment has already begun.

13. Dissatisfaction With Creative Work

Creative and marketing services involve subjective preferences.

​

Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference does not automatically qualify an order for a refund after the agreed service has been substantially performed.

​

Where revisions are included in the purchased service, Campaign Crushers LLC will provide those revisions according to the applicable service terms.

​

If an error was made by Campaign Crushers LLC when transferring accurate information supplied by the client, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the error.

14. Marketing Results

Campaign Crushers LLC does not issue refunds solely because a marketing service does not produce a particular business result.

We do not guarantee specific:

• Sales

• Revenue

• Leads

• Customers

• Website traffic

• Search rankings

• Social media engagement

• Followers

• Google reviews

• Property inquiries

• Property sales

Purchasing a Campaign Crushers service means purchasing the stated service and deliverables, not a guaranteed business outcome.

15. Third-Party Platforms

Campaign Crushers LLC is not responsible for decisions made by independent third-party platforms.

For example, refunds will not ordinarily be provided solely because:

• Google does not remove a reported review

• A search engine ranking changes

• A social media platform changes its algorithm

• A third-party account is restricted or suspended

• A third-party service experiences an outage

• A platform changes its policies

Campaign Crushers LLC will provide the services within its control according to the purchased scope.

16. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact Campaign Crushers LLC so we can review the issue.

Nothing in this policy prevents a client from exercising legitimate rights available through their payment provider or under applicable law.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, Campaign Crushers LLC may provide relevant transaction and service records to the payment processor or financial institution reviewing the dispute.

These records may include order information, submitted forms, communications, acceptance records, proof of work, and delivery information.

17. Refund Processing

If Campaign Crushers LLC approves a refund, the refund will generally be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The amount of time required for the refund to appear may depend on the payment processor, financial institution, or payment method.

Campaign Crushers LLC does not control third-party bank or payment-processing timelines.
